About Process

Accountable to drive & generate revenue for business unit working on inbound sales inquiries on phone calls and chat

Manage & maintain SLAs like AHT, login hours, attendance, daily call target, etc

Responsible for  Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly targets for conversion rate and revenue.

Generate incremental revenue from the existing client by selling additional products and services

Should be well versed with Adobe solution/products that he/she will be responsible to position or sell.

Proactively take time out periodically to update/appraise on the new Adobe Solutions offering

Ensuring daily/week updates of pipeline & provide forecast to the sales leadership team on an ongoing basis.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive positioning of assigned Adobe solutions in the marketplace

Good Communication Skills(9 out of 10)

Good understanding in sales cycle / Inside Sales model and consultative selling approach.
