About Process

As an Area sales manager, candidate’s main task will be sourcing loans by on boarding new DSAs as well as from existing channel partners. He will also be involved in client relationship management

He will also be responsible for establishing a quality portfolio. He will be required to source the loans while complying with the guidelines set forth in the company sales policy

He will also be involved in building finance team to be stationed at channel partner’s showrooms

The candidate should have good networking and relationship building skills

He should ensure meeting Business targets in stipulated time

Ensuring timely receipt of Post disbursement documents from sales team & DSAs

In case of Trade Advance facility to DSA; ensuring timely utilisation of same

Extensive knowledge of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends will be added advantage

Strategizing further development of business by such actions as may be necessary for further expanding business in related segments

Minimum 1 year work experience as sales / relationship manager or 2 years work experience as team leader in Two Wheeler loan sales operations in any NBFC or bank

Personal vehicle is mandatory
