About Process

Presales and Solutions for CX  

Sales pitch, rfp (request for Proposal) solutions  

Assist sales team with any solution which is needed during the sales process

Collaterals, Business cases,  

Account planning for new business  

Handling, work allocations, quality checks End-to-end accountability  for solution design process/presentation, client visits, sales pitch reports  including designing solution, sign offs and creation of response documents and presentations  (RFP/RFQ/RFI)  

Solutions to improve customer experience and including right shoring model, target operating  model design, building blocks, Channel shift, insights  

Working with key stakeholders and Relationship managers to identify opportunities, solutions, and key leverage points for successful client acquisition, process excellence and  transformational  

Drafting in-house capability packs for sales support, Marketing Collaterals, brochures and  Client Pitches and liaising with delivery team, support functions and management to update  existing collaterals on quarterly basis  

Act as a critical link between front end teams, SMEs and delivery organizations especially  while giving solutions  for a proposal / proactive new business opportunity
