About Process

Manage a team of 8 to 10 Sales Managers & 200 to 300 agents.

 

will be responsible for sales of I-direct A/cs per month.

 

Guide & motivate the sales managers and the agents on activities to be done to get the sales. Review their performance on a daily basis.

 

Should be able to take the decision.

 

Maintain good relationship with the customers and Team Member.
