Responsible to IT Recruitment

Design and oversee the HR operational programs, processes, and policies related to an employee life-cycle

 Responsible for employee onboarding, development, performance management

Screen resumes, Take initial interview rounds

Continuous follow up with consultancy and candidates, pre and post interview till onboarding

Basic computer knowledge

Complete All New-Hire Paperwork With Candidates Who Meet The Expectation Of The Job

Candidate with experience in vendor management is desirable
