About Process | Streamline the people agenda delivery for the assigned business unit by ensure proper implementation and smooth functioning of the HR framework and policies |
Meet the overall Talent Acquisition needs of the Business. Manage and implement recruitments campaigns, as per the requirement with focus on quality, time and budgetary requirements. Keep the Business informed about the hiring status with weekly reports |
Ensure timely execution of Performance Reviews and ensure adherence to approved time lines for monthly, quarterly & annual reviews |
Execute cross-functional programs and initiatives designed to support employee engagement initiatives and improve performance, productivity and reducing attrition rate. Conduct Quarterly structured HR connects to gather employee feedback and work with the Business to create and track an action plan |
Maintain a constant connect with the employee pulse and share all relevant inputs with the Business |
Identify learning and development needs and collaborate with L&D to drive appropriate training programs |
Be the first point of escalation for employee grievances & queries and resolve those to give an appropriate closure. Be ready to escalate it to senior team when required |
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention |
Manage a smooth and welcoming Onboarding of new employees |
Ensure that all management messages and communication is being received by all employees |
Manage the separation process of employees, capturing their feedback, guiding them with exit formalities and delivering a smooth and respectful exit at all times |
Up keeping and reporting of all data & reporting such as weekly hiring status, exit data, new joinee data |
Business Acumen – Understanding the business and their needs to design effective strategies and solutions |
Building a trusted connect with employees by listening to their concerns and providing solutions or way forward |
Communicate clearly and be ready to deliver difficult and important messages respectfully and without any ambiguity |
Teamwork – Leverage the support of internal HR team and other function stakeholders to help the employees be more effective |
Ensure the development, communication & implementation of effective Human Resources strategies, policies and processes which ensure people management in accordance with the strategic plans of the business |

Requirement | Good Communication Skills (8/10) |
4-5 years of work experience in HR Business partnership or HR Generalist role |
Additional experience in Recruitment is preferable |
Exposure in Client Focus, Collaborating with others, Managing Resources, People Management & Emotional Intelligence, Critical Evaluation & evidence based decision making |
Should know Talent Acquisition, Business Acumen & Employee Engagement & Retention |
Ability to effectively engage with senior business leaders and managers |
Ability to hold their ground when advising or sharing an opinion |
Language skills: Local language, Hindi and English |
Education | Graduate in any discipline, preferably HR or psychology |
