About Process	Develop a schedule to assess training needs to identify specific performance gaps and knowledge gaps

	Should have excellent presentation skills and zeal to explain the minute technical details in easy way to the participants
	Works with the project manager and senior leadership to provide feedback on class delivery and associated resources

	Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
