About Process

Responsible for managing P&L of the team

Assist in hiring, training, and supervising ground teams and regularly reporting to the leadership team

Develop and implement strategies to get new supply on board

Managing operations and setting up KPI’s for the team

Develop and implement strategies to generate demand for business

Understanding local policies and maintaining positive community relationships

Monitor whether the results of the various teams are on schedule and after each sprint present the results to the management team

Evaluate operations of the properties to ensure adherence to Vista standards and policies

Oversee operations flow and implement new processes as required in order to improve efficiency and to support growth in business

Leverage other departments' expertise to drive standardization and an exceptional customer experience

Minimum of 5 years of work experience

Excellent communication- written & verbal

Experience in building a profitable P&L and managing revenue of 5cr and 20+ employees, vendors

Good in strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making

Ability to execute and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage

Strong leadership skills and attention to detail

Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment

Education
