Customer Service Professional (“CSP”)

The Customer Service Professional’s (“CSP”) responsibilities include providing customer service (via phone and e-mail) to clients for a wide variety of questions and issues. The CSP answers questions, provides support, up-sells and cross-sells products and services, and collaborates with multiple internal teams (e.g., Sales, Research Operations, Accounting) to meet Corsearch goals and objectives.

The CSP also leverages front-line client interaction to develop and maintain client profiles to facilitate effective communication and ensure client expectations are met. In addition, the CSP promotes and prepares quotes upon request to help secure the sale of products and services.

 

Activities of the Customer Service Professional include: 

·         Performing order entry and maintaining client account data

·         Review incoming orders for detail and accuracy and liaison with search OPS teams

·         Developing knowledge of the department, company, and industry

·         Fielding calls and e-mails from clients requiring assistance

·         Coordinating the fulfillment of search orders and search projects

·         Respond to and resolve client questions regarding invoices and accounts

·         Ensures superior performance, demonstrated through outstanding customer service for both external and internal clients

·         Communicates, documents and tracks feedback to appropriate departments to ensure that clients’ voices are heard

·         Communicates in a professional, compelling, and articulate manner in all speech, writing, and formal presentations

2-5 years’ experience in a position involving customer interaction and 1-2 years in the legal industry—or commensurate education—is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. Must have the ability to work alone and within a team environment

Basic IP familiarity a plus but not required

 Working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Excellent English communication skills (8/10)

Education

Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of Customer Service experience is required
