About Process	Preparing and conducting technical training material and programs
	Create instructional materials, videos, course outlines and training aids.
	Prepare role specific training agenda and material.
	Conduct presentations and webinars for clients and partners.
	Assess training needs and certification requirements.
	Creating post training evaluation/assessment processes for each module and role specific training evaluation/assessment and certification programs.
	Ensure the quality and consistency of course content delivery throughout the life cycle of the course.
	Continuously enhance training delivery and presentation material.
	Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
