About Process |
Manage service delivery, resources, processes and systems to ensure customer deliverables are met as per Service Level Agreements for all the India locations (including the partner sites). |

Create and maintain seamless, efficient, standardized operational processes that allow elimination of redundancies, standardization of procedures and maximization of performance |

Excellent domain knowledge specifically in Financial Reporting, Accounts payable, Reconciliations, Accounts Receivables and Managed Payroll working in an automated environment, clear understanding of US GAAP and its nuances |
|

Relevant experience which includes not only operations but project management and transitions specifically for US based clients |
|
|
Proven commercial acumen including revenue and cost focus and ability to sift out commercial issues in every situation |
|
|
Excellent customer relationship management skills to interact and manage multiple customers across the globe and handle escalations |

Ability to quickly understand business problems and offer tailored solutions to clients |

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills |
