	Preparing the E-way Bill through online for Import, bank documents for Import payment and LC documents for each shipment.
	Coordinating with CHA for the container clearance.
	Checking the Check list and confirm the Custom duty.
	Coordinate with Delivery Agents / Transporter for Delivery of Shipments & Planning for Delivery.
	Preparing Daily Status Report of Import Shipment.
	Preparation of import documents & checking of final documents..
	Follow up with banks/ supplier /customers / shipping company /forwarders.
	Arrange buyers credit & forward booking.
	Regular communication with party over Mail and Personal contact.
	Update management for Shipment Status.
	B/E Filling with Visual Impex and ICEGATE.
	Tracing shipment status through websites and by personal contact with shipping lines and freight forwarders
	Arrange to collect the delivery orders from shipping line and freight forwarders.
	Coordination with custom clearance department for getting status and to avail required documents
	Filling Online Import Documents.
	ISO tanks imports & its documentation is desirable.
