About Process

Lead and oversee the Lead Management division comprising of telesales agents in the selling of products to a list of qualified prospects

Plans for hiring and training tele sales agent

Overseas the daily workflow and scheduling of tele sales staff

Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive

Keep a track of KPIs

Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

Collaborates with business heads to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by tele sales team

Assisting in the development of effective sales strategies

Monitors and reviews call to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practises

Preparing and setting monthly and weekly sales targets

Measures team performance, communicates goals and quotas to team and encourages and motivates tele sales staff as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas

Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Head of Growth and Marketing

Resolves customer complaints and grievances

Good Communication Skills (8/10)

Overall 8 -10 years minimum in tele - sales function and at least 2 - 3 years in managing a team of 100 tele sales agents or more from start - up

He should be good with technology and dialer used in BPO

Excellent sales and customer service skills

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team

Highly motivated and detail - oriented individual

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance

Strong leadership skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
