About Process

Manage the full life cycle recruitment for one or multiple business clusters

Drive the sourcing agenda to meet the recruitment target using new age recruiting techniques like the internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source right candidates

Drive the recruitment activities for the current and future proactive needs of the business

Provide strategic market inputs through quick research as the business needs

Build a strong relationship with new and existing external channel partners

Driving high quality-standards in hiring practices as against measured KPIs (Time to fill, CPH, Employee satisfaction survey, Channel utilization, cost savings etc)

Develop strong professional relations across all levels of the business. Having right Business acumen to visualize things from larger organization agenda

Proactively identifying issues and provide solutions. Manage Escalations as the need arises

Handle high-end niche skills requirement

Salary discussion for senior positions

Update and sharing regular dashboards with senior leadership team

Provide training to new recruits/team as per the need arises

Responsible for Vendor Management and MIS / Dashboards

Responsible for getting timely Third Party BGV Report for all the employees joined

Campus hiring:

a. Developing a campus engagement plan to become the employer of choice at campuses

b. Designing and developing the campus resourcing philosophy, policies, and processes

c. Strengthening campus engagement & employer branding initiatives at premier institutes

d. Fostering strong relationships with institutes and implementing the hiring process across Tier 1, 2 & 3 campuses

e. Advertising current open roles to online and offline alumni communities

f. Partnering with campus faculty and contacting placement coordinators and provide informative materials about the internship/final placement programs

g. Designing and place printing ads on college campuses

h. Attending college career fairs, interacting with students and promoting employer branding

Requirement

Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in recruitments / campus hiring in corporates with proven track records as a recruiting manager

Should have handled a team size of minimum of 10- 20 with a mix of associates, team leads, AM/DMs.

Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Analytical and data driven personality with the ability to take decision basis the data analysis

Strong communication skills, organisational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards

Should have experience in working on volume hiring and niche non tech requirements

Adaptable; ability to navigate through complex hiring scenario

Good with time management and multi-tasking skills

Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as handling internal recruitment software

Education

Any graduate with MBA in HR is a must
