Candidate should have minimum 6 Months  -  3 Years of experience

Good Communication skills  Verbal and written

Ready to work in nIght shift

Good Interpersonal skills

Education

Any Graduate or MBA/PGDM in any specialization

Shift timings

Candidates are required to work in night shifts between 05:30pm & 10:30am IST

Shift 1:- 5:30pm – 1:30am (+1 Hour during Daylight saving)

Shift 2:- 1:30am – 09:30am (+1 Hour during Daylight saving)

Mid Shift:- 09:00pm – 05:00pm

The shifts will be assigned to the candidate based on business requirements and the candidate will have no preference or choice in selecting the shift

Every Monday the shift would start 45 minutes prior to the regular shift timing for training and team meeting discussion.

We work on two Saturdays in a pay period, as per the business requirements

No leave requests would be entertained during the first 3 months, especially during the New Hire Training
