Requirement

2 - 5 years of relevant experience

General familiarity with rules and regulations applicable to US real estate brokerage and mortgage.

Experience in project-managing regulatory audits, performing internal audits and extracting key insights to improve operations

Experience codifying compliance policies and procedures.

Excellent English writing and communication skills

Advanced Excel, Google Suite, Confluence skills and expert wizard at organizing files. Jira and Zen desk are a plus.

Ability to dive in, approach situations thoughtfully and analytically, and solve complex problems in creative way
