About Process	Enter/validate Charges accurately to collect the claimed amount at first instance
	Create/validate patient’s demographics in PMS. Demographics includes Patients Name, DOB, Address, Phone numbers, Insurance details, etc
	Enter/validate ICD and CPT’s in PMS within 24 hours of turnaround time from the receipt of documents.
	Create tasks to client/ corresponding departments as and when required.
	Clear all edits which pops up while scrubbing charges.
	Follow all client specific updates and billing guidelines published in-order to send clean claim.
	Work on the Charge Posting and exception reports on daily basis for the work done before end of the day.
	Meet set production target everyday set by client/ application.
