About Process

Plan & achieve the annual business targets for Kotak Securities

Work with the Kotak Securities team to identify D2C business opportunities

Set up processes for each business opportunity in co-ordination with internal KGI departments & that of K Sec

Liaise with various internal departments & that of the distributor for end-to-end delivery of Banca digital projects

Marketing programs for pushing sales

Day-to-day business management

Planning & executing business promotion campaigns for the 811 sales team

Track all the critical business performance parameters for the 811 sales team

Identify process gaps & work with various internal departments of KGI for resolution

Overall 10 years of experience with 3 years in General Insurance

Work Exposure: Candidate to have exposure to project management in Insurance/ Broking/ Fintech domains

Market Exposure: Candidate should have worked in Insurance or Broking market

Relationship Management Exposure: Candidate should have co-ordinated with internal team for projects

Business Opportunity & problem identification

Target Industries: General Insurance, Life Insurance, Stock Broking, Financial Services

Language abilities: Hindi, English, Local Languages (Any)
