About Process

Managing Retail Agency product sales

Servicing and Development of Key channels

Dealing with Kay channels recruiting new Key channels and keeping them active

Regular follow-up with Key channels on day to day issue, coordination with KGI internal department’s and the key channels for all requirements to drive sales activity smoothly

Training and Development of Key channel employees /Agents, Agency Managers  on various existing and new products

Achievement of overall  business target from the mapped Channels

Following business processes, conducting regular tracking , fraud control etc

Ensuring adherence to various service related matrices agreed with channel partners across product life cycle (Policy Issuance, Customer Service, Claims etc.)

Requirement

Good Communication Skills (8/10)

2-4 years of General Insurance experience

Intermediate to Advance level experience in MS (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook)

Open to frequent travelling to various locations

Strong acumen for customer service, effective problem-solving skills

Ability to manage conflicts & reconcile differences

Handling Documentation, Compliance and Audit

Candidate should have an interest in doing/managing Sales

Candidate should be open to work in the Insurance market

Hindi, English, Local Indian Languages

Education

Bachelor's degree in any specialization

9.00am to 6.00pm or 10.00am to 7.00pm
