About Process |
Responsible for the team that delivers the day-to-day payroll processing for all types of Quatrro payroll clients. |
|
Spearhead all payroll conversions on multiple payroll/HRIS platforms. |
|
|
Lead team activities to ensure work is completed according to client agreement including deadlines while maintaining high level of quality standards. |
|
|
Resolve any issues/escalations related to payroll processing for any Quatrro clients. |
|
|
Escalate any issues up to the appropriate HR – Client Services management team member as needed. |
|
|
Understand the payroll billing process for each type of payroll client and assist in the resolution of any billing issues as needed. |
|
|
Work with the HR Client Services Management team to ensure customer satisfaction |
|
|
Set high expectations for the payroll team around regular customer communication and providing world-class customer service to all internal and external customers. |
|
|
Oversee and ensure the structured transitioning-on of new payroll clients. |
|
|
Enforce the updating of payroll process notes and procedural documents. |
|
|
Manage third-party payroll vendor relationships. |
|
|
Maintain allotted budget for Payroll department. |
|
|
Assess the Payroll Team needs, and design department workflow based on needs |
|
|
Assist in the transition of new payroll clients and setup as requested. |
|
|
Provide the Payroll Team, and/or Human Resources team as needed |
|
|
Manage the day-to-day payroll operations and assist in the growth of the payroll service vertical |
|
|
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction for all Quatrro payroll clients under the direction of the CHRO, and in coordination with the Human Resource Team |

Requirement |
10+ years of Payroll experience with 5 years of Management experience is a must |

Experience with multiple clients and multiple states preferred |
|
|
A thorough knowledge of current payroll regulations, tax policies, and procedures is required |

Strong HRIS Systems skills and the ability to operate various platforms. |
|
|
Experience with non-for-profit organizations a plus |
|
|
Candidate will be working with US team sitting at Thane work location, the shift will be in line with the US shift timings |
