About Process

People Management Groom and develop subordinates to create high performing team and cater to the team's growth aspirations

Developing objectives for the call centre's day-to-day activities

Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc..)

Collect and analyse call centre statistics (CPO, costs, customer service metrics etc. )

Assume responsibility of budgeting and tracking expenses

Hire, coach and provide training to personnel 10 maintain high customer service standards

Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, Ans% etc)

Prepare reports for different departments or upper management

5 + years' Experience in customer service is required as an AM on papers

Highly performance driven and track record of building/managing successful teams

Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service is required
