Manage day-to-day line activities, prioritise and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs

Keeping up to date with business development, new product lines and industry change affecting business and relaying this knowledge back to the team

Motivate the team and set goals for them to achieve as a way to spur performance and to measure effectiveness

Offer advisors guidance and feedback

Ensure employee development plans are maintained
