About Process

New hire training of Quality Auditors ensuring 100% throughput

Bridge the knowledge levels of associates on an ongoing basis by conducting regular refreshers on product/process / Transactional Monitoring sheet

Keep tab on the efficacy of the training provided ensuring improvement to 95% population post the refreshers

Conducting calibrations with TLs and QAs to keep process understanding on same platform

Generate training related MIS

Conducting Process knowledge tests for the process ensuring 100% of the process is gauged on their skills

Doing Super audits (review the reviewer) for the QAs and providing timely feedback on same

Regular Dip checks and Spot quizzes to ensure the team is aware of latest product/process updates

Taking initiatives for both organization and client

Assist trainees through nesting period to make them competent enough to start audits

Familiarize & Adhere to TBSS's information security & quality policies and standards that relate to one's work

Protecting the confidentiality and integrity of information (client/business related) used in course of work at all time including but not limited to user ids & passwords

Awareness of access rights to information & information systems

Reporting information security incidents including but not limited to suspected viruses immediately

Ensure that critical data in the folders where it can be backed up & same is informed to Technology
