About Process

To prepare learners to perform job functions within predetermined KPIs/ performance standards

Provide Coaching & Feedback and supervision during OJT (0 to 30 days performance).

Providing refresher session and on floor updates.

Develop non-classroom communication and training materials for e.g. handout, ppt etc.

Participate in calibration of Trainers, QAs and Voice Coaches within the team.

 Ensuring completion of the key activities to be conducted post completion of the Training Program

Understanding customer requirements about leisure or business stay.

Accordingly providing information of hotel & room category.

Providing total billing information.

Arranging all requirements, from welcoming till exit of customer.

To Up-sell/Cross-Sell the Room category and services.
