About Process

Achievement of Business Plan

Ensure that the existing team of POS is engaged, motivated and productive by forging a strong relationship with them

Ensure that new POS are constantly inducted, activated and productive for the team.

To own the business plan for the branch - both top line and bottom line target for team

Team Building

Recruit Quality resources - Unit Managers/BDMs

Goal Setting of all Unit Managers/BDMs in the region

Ensure that the defined sales process of the company is adhered to by the team

Business Expansion

Identify potential business  pockets in the location or territory assigned to the BM

Appoint POS in these locations to procure business

Liaison with central office

Own the resource and expense budget for the branch

Design own Branch level Marketing activities and implement them

Being fully compliant to all the norms laid down by the regulators and the company

Requirement

General Insurance (Agency)/Broking Domain (POS) experience is a must

4 - 5 years of experience requierd

Should have experience in handling team of 8-10 members

Candidate should have worked in a fast paced enviornment
