About Process

Build the POS network for PINC POS & recruit POS.

Achieving defined productivity of Premium and number of policies on Monthly, Quaterly, Half Yearly, & Yearly basis as per the business plan.

Increasing POS Productivity & driving high activation rate .

Training the POS with different POS Product line.

Driving high adoption of POS Application

Identify new market opportunities for enhancing POS network.

Ensuring higher retention of POS

Ensuring proper quality of Business by compliance to the prescribed statutory requirements.
