About Process

Handle inbound calls and web leads from prospects and guide them through a prescreening process for qualification.

Lead prospecting through various databases and LinkedIn channels

Explain and sell our solutions and design process

Generate quotes, proposals, presentations, project briefs, & RFP responses based on client requirements

Inform, educate & consult clients on projects

Build strong client relationships

Able to pitch to board members / c level executives.

Work hand in hand / lead from front and work with our US Account Directors / Account Executive team mates and help win accounts

Minimum six years of experience as a sales person at a professional web design and development company, focusing on digital sales with a consulting approach

Customer service mind-set and the ability to explain technical issues to clients is the key

Must have a deeper web development understanding with knowledge of competing web based technologies

Must have experience of closing high end accounts / large budget projects / high end websites / apps
