Preparing customized reports as requested by the client. | |
Generating ESIC Insurance No. from the website of new joinee employee. | |
Issuing relieving appointment letter/relieving letter/ id cards etc. | |
Pay-slip dispatch through e-mail/hardcopy. | |
Preparing Form-16 & issuing to employees. | |
Interaction with client's HR department and employees and resolving their queries | |
Sending employees Addition/Deletion data to insurance Company | |
Preparing of Full & Final settlements for resigned employees | |
Manage a team of 4-5 members | |
