About Process

All payroll process handling from date of joining of the employee

Preparing of salary statements with income tax calculation and statutory reports (PF, PT & ESIC)

Receiving, consolidating, and verifying the inputs received from clients.

Leave calculations & maintaining leave records of all employees

Preparing customized reports as requested by the client.

Generating ESIC Insurance No. from the website of new joinee employee.

Issuing relieving appointment letter/relieving letter/ id cards etc.

Pay-slip dispatch through e-mail/hardcopy.

Preparing Form-16 & issuing to employees.

Interaction with client's HR department and employees and resolving their queries

Sending employees Addition/Deletion data to insurance Company

Preparing of Full & Final settlements for resigned employees

Manage a team of 4-5 members

Handling Payroll of Multiple Clients.
