About Process | Directly supervises assigned Project Managers and is responsible for staff mentoring and professional development. |
Provides coverage as needed for the AVP for personnel issues and project oversight. | |
Responsible for completion of performance appraisals and corrective action as needed (with oversight/input provided by AVP); helps AVP oversee absence management as needed and is responsible for leave approval and accurate attendance tracking for applicable Project Managers | |
Works cohesively with the AVP to plan, assign project work, allocate or adjust resources as needed to ensure project deliverables are met. | |
Monitors productivity metrics, analyzing trends and making suggestions to improve efficiency and ensure team is working at maximum capacity. | |
May be responsible for production planning for new projects as directed. | |
With guidance from AVP and working with HR, QA Manager and PL’s helps to identify training (technical, soft skills) needs and build and implement training programs. | |
Identifies issues proactively, and collaborates with Project Manager, QA Manager and PL’s and leadership to make recommendations and implement processes to sustain productivity, quality and engagement of the team. | |
May lead or participate in special projects or client specific initiatives as directed. | |
