	Experience working in CDM (Clinical Data Management) / US Healthcare / BPO/ KPO companies
	Qualification- Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Science/Medical background preferred)
	Good to have Lean Six Sigma / Six Sigma black belt / Master black belt certification
	Excellent communication skills and abilities to collaborate with and present to individuals of
	varying levels of authority, including senior and Executive leadership
	Strong organizational and time management skills
	Outstanding written and verbal skills
	Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills required
	Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
