Create instructional materials, videos, course outlines and training aids. | |
Prepare role specific training agenda and material. | |
Conduct presentations and webinars for clients and partners. | |
Assess training needs and certification requirements. | |
Creating post training evaluation/assessment processes for each module and role specific training evaluation/assessment and certification programs. | |
Ensure the quality and consistency of course content delivery throughout the life cycle of the course. | |
Continuously enhance training delivery and presentation material. | |
Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses. | |
Manage the training program in accordance with business needs and regulatory requirements. | |
